TREASURY- Itemized treasury report given to HOA members. 6 homes sold this year and another will close soon. Savings accounts doing well. All cash reserves collected this year (minus 500) will be moved over to main account to go toward paying for detention basin work. Vote taken and all approved Erin 1st and Jake 2nd motion.
Treasury report approved. Bridget 1st, Erin 2nd.
POOL- Will be proactive with budgeting for next year and potential increases. Add winterizing agent post blow out of water lines.
ARCHITECTURE- Lot on 49th Terrace is currently being maintained . House remodel on Alden has been in communication with architecture chair. Homeowner on 50th exterior trim still not complete and will continue update. Homeowner by pool requested to fix wood rot. Detention basin should begin work to clear area this week. Postcards sent to homeowners with driveway repair needed.
LANDSCAPING- dead tree between enclave and main entrance on HOA property. Will discuss with landscaper to have removed. HOA is happy with landscaping vendor and has been doing a good job. Will discuss with sprinkler vendor to blow out lines for pool. In a week will move forward with holiday lights and finding a vendor
OLD BUSINESS- Fall newsletter will be put together and sent out. Halloween parade will start at 5:30 pm at 50th and Quivira Lane and walk to 14619 West 50th street. Annual meeting will be January 18th at 10am at the Shawnee Civic Center. Reminder to homeowners to watch driving speeds in the neighborhood.
NEW BUSINESS- Will propose a fee increase for HOA dues for 2026. Will propose an increase of $100 annually and would bring up annual dues to $875. Anyone who is delinquent in dues or fines, will be removed from trash/recycling and pool fob access.
