JUNE 2026 BOARD MEETING MINUTES

Board Members  Present: Kristin Mudgett, Jake Nechrebecki, Erin Cecil, Michael Remmert, and Bridget Peoples

Call to Order: Kristin Mudgett, president

No minutes were taken from the last meeting, April 23rd.

TREASURY-  All dues have been received, website paid. (492.97 4/26-5/28)

Treasury report approved.  Erin  1st,  Michael  2nd.

POOL- the pool is open and there were some repairs done to the pumps. This summer new bids for plaster repairs will be obtained. If we decide to move ahead, it would be a spring project. New pool FOBs can be obtained by contacting Bridget Peoples and making a check payable to Saddlebrooke for $25.

LANDSCAPING- 1k to do a video of the pipe. All 3 backflow preventers were tested. The cut vines of 50th street will stay for the next year, and if still a problem, will be addressed then.

ARCHITECTURE- Tuck pointing will be revisited in the fall when the budget can be assessed. No new news on Enclaves build. New build 49th Terrace, neighbors in the back have issues with their down spouts being buried by the new build. There have also been some sprinkler heads broken. There are some concerns regarding water drainage from the new build and effecting the neighbors property.

OLD BUSINESS- Yellow card notices will be sent out for nuanced violations.

NEW BUSINESS- There are some homes that need driveway cement repairs, notices will be sent. There is a home in foreclosure. Board has addressed home that has pallets in driveway. A home requested to leave a trailer in their driveway for 3 months, their request was denied due to the bylaws specific rules regarding this matter.
