Included in your HOA dues is your trash and recycling services. Our trash and recycling is serviced by Deffenbaugh and our weekly pick up day is WEDNESDAY, unless it is a holiday week, in which case it is collected a day later. Holidays on this schedule are New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, & Christmas. Trash containers should not be put out to the curb prior to sundown the evening before.

 

YARD WASTE

Bag Limits:

~8 items, weekly, January- September

~10 items, weekly, October-December

~Items over the limit require an overage sticker.

All customers: During the first 2 full weeks of January, we will pick up live, non decorated trees on customers normal pick up day. If tree is over 6 feet tall, customer must cut in half prior to collection.

An Acceptable Yard waste/ Compost "Item" for residential curbside pickup is a paper compost bag of grass clippings an d/or leaves or a bundle of limbs/twigs no longer than 4 feet (48 inches) in length and 18 inches in diameter, tied with twine with a  max weight of 50 lbs. or a 32 gallon maximum, rigid container, level with the top of the container with a max weight of 50 lbs.

Unacceptable yard waste/compost item for residential curbside pickup consists of: Logs/firewood, railroad ties, landscape timbers, large rooted plants/trees, any type of treated wood or construction/remodeling debris, etc.
