Pool Rules

Warning-NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY

CHILDREN SHOULD NOT USE POOL WITHOUT AN ADULT IN ATTENDANCE.

-Pool Hours: 8am- 10pm daily.

-NO GLASS. NO VAPING.

-NO WATER BALLOONS around pool area.       They clog the pool filter.

-No children under 15 to be in pool area without adult(18 years or older) supervision.

-No diving. No running, pushing, or rough playing.

-Do not swim alone.

-Stay out of water if you are cold, tired, or overheated.

-Get out of water if you hear thunder or see lightning.

-Stay out of pool area if you have a contagious or infectious disease or condition.

-No breakable containers, soap, or suntan oil allowed. Suntan lotion is acceptable.

-No food, drinks, or gum allowed in pool.

-No bikes, skates, skateboards, roller blades, or animals allowed.

-No one under legal drinking age may bring or drink alcoholic beverages in pool area.

-Proper swim attire required at all times. No cutoffs.

-Children in diapers MUST wear rubber pants over diapers, or just rubber pants.

-Gate must be closed at all times.

- A property owner may bring up to four guests without special arrangement.

-Property owners are responsible for their own trash. We all share the costs for maintaining the pool and grounds so please help keep these costs down.

-No loud music at any time. Please respect the rights of adjacent property owners.

-The pool is regulated by Johnson County, we follow and abide by their rules posted.  They do make random visits to the pool and have a FOB.

-Please do not drag the new chairs on the cement to move them.
