OCTOBER 2025 BOARD MEETING MINUTES

Board Members  Present: Kristin Mudgett, Jake Nechrebecki, Erin Cecil, Michael Remmert, and Bridget Peoples

TREASURY-  Seven homes have sold this year. Checking account is getting low and funds may need to be moved from savings. IRS is still reviewing and stated they do not have the resources to evaluate our case. Most likely we are owed from the IRS. Treasury report approved.  Bridget 1st, Erin 2nd.

POOL- Pool is closed currently and winterized. Will evaluate contract prior to signing. Kristin has some concerns with water levels on the pool being too low for the winter. Will discuss with FSR. Plaster repairs will have to be done in the spring, and will get information regarding a plaster sealant to protect to plaster.

LANDSCAPING- Detention basin submitted to city and accepted. A few suggestions were made from engineering company and is good for 3yrs. Mowing contract wants 3.5% raise for next year. Reseeding completed. Next year's mowing date might be earlier in the week. Michael will go ahead and approve and sign contract. Eric will do holiday lights this year and understands that we would like them lit on Thanksgiving.

ARCHITECTURE- Electrical panel at Enclaves will be replaced and Evergy will need to be contacted prior. Will get a quote for Enclaves and Estates monument. Lot on 49th Terrace is currently being maintained.

OLD BUSINESS- Halloween parade post will go up on social media.

NEW BUSINESS- Request for Italian beehive and request for neighbors approval. 3 approved, 1 abstain, 1 nay. New dues letter will be sent out in December.
