MARCH 2026 BOARD MEETING MINUTES

Board Members  Present: Kristin Mudgett, Jake Nechrebecki, Erin Cecil, Michael Remmert, and Bridget Peoples

Call to Order: Kristin Mudgett, president

No minutes read, provisional annual meeting minutes posted.

TREASURY-  Most dues received, 7 dues not paid yet. Late fees will start March 1st. Post office is not on autopay currently, but will request it in the future. We are currently paying by check late January. Civic center is confirmed for annual meeting for 2027.

Treasury report approved. Erin 1st, Michael 2nd. 

LANDSCAPING- Mulch will be laid down late March, early April. Can turn on water whenever since it wasn't official turned off.

ARCHITECTURE- Lot on 49th Terrace reminded that they need to stake where they are removing trees. Board members will walk lot with homeowners and builders.  Board has denied extension requested, 4 mo is expected for exterior to be finished. Once permit is pulled, then escrow payment will need to be paid.

POOL- Pool permit request sent with check to county. No new updates for pool.

OLD BUSINESS- Yellow cards will be sent out. Driveway repair on Alden. Rock back yard Alden. Yard condition 50th street letter. New neighbor welcome on Alden.

NEW BUSINESS- Enclaves rental will be notified about exterior conditions, lawyer notified.
