February 2025 BOARD MEETING MINUTES

Board Members  Present: Kristin Mudgett, Jake Nechrebecki, Michael Remmert, and Bridget Peoples

Call to Order: Kristin Mudgett, president

 

TREASURY-  103 homes paid dues out of 137 to be collected. A reminder will be posted on social media. Services will be turned off if not paid by March. Taxes and interest have been paid and up to date. Waste Management will be increasing fees for 2025 by 3%. Will shop around for potential waste vendors in July of 2025 because this is the last year of the contract.

Treasury report approved. Kristin 1st, Bridget 2nd.

 

POOL- Pool opening date will be Friday, May 23rd. First Residential will take over servicing the pool. Work to be done on the pool will be the boards in the grooves being replaced and repainting the black doors. Pal Gate will raise our rates in July. Will re-eval other options for gate service and internet access. Permit fee will be sent in.

 

LANDSCAPING- Michael and Kristin will walk landscaping and an introductory email with Matt the landscaping vendor. All vendors were given and

 

ARCHITECTURE- Lot on 49th Terrace has been surveyed, but a permit has not been pulled.  Will look into doing another panel on the monument this year.

 

OLD BUSINESS- none

 

NEW BUSINESS- Jake motioned, Michael 2nd, all approved, to move forward with filing with the house that has nuanced violations on 50th Street in the estates. Nadia Shockley will take over social media like Facebook and Instagram. A new welcome committee has been formed. Susan Omare and Matthew Fox will head this up.
