Minutes read and approved as read from November 2021 meeting. 1st Jake , 2nd Matt, all approved.
TREASURY
1. HOA dues are coming in , 103/136
a. Mailing list may need to be updated as some letters were returned
2. Deffenbaugh increased prices but still cheaper than previous years. Unsure if still under contract
3. Jake to go to bank to look through statements
4. Treasury report approved: 1st Kristin, 2nd Matt, all approved
LANDSCAPE
1. Detention Basin Certification ; good for three years, self report October
a. Need to clear cattails out twice this season
b. Suburban Lawn bid $3100, BHC engineer $800
2. Four bid interviews for new landscaping company , Matt was happy with Matt Gorney from Lawn Engineer with a flat bid of $14,175
3. Under budget
ARCHITECTURE
1. Jake to contact resident on 50th regarding firepit/furniture on HOA property per letter from city of Shawnee
2. Kristin to reach out to homeowner on Alden regarding clean up
3. Concerns for several crumbling driveways
4. Kristin to contact city regarding building permit for new build lot on 49th Terr
POOL
1. Parking lot resurface in March/April
2. Electrical issues to be addressed, Kristin to contact companies for bids
OLD BUSINESS
1. Roofing materials to be updated as needed
2. Debate on electronic directory
3. New bylaws are in place
NEW BUSINESS
1. Neighborhood email for better communication with HOA
2. Neighborhood Instagram and Facebook to improve ways to get information out to residents and sell the neighborhood.
