Call to Order: Kristin Mudgett
Minutes read and approved as read from March 2022 meeting. 1st Jake, 2nd Matt, all approved.
TREASURY
1. HOA dues, 6 not yet received
a. Late fees accruing, most late residents in contact with Jake
2. Treasury report 1st Erin , Bailey 2nd , all approved.
LANDSCAPE
1. Cattails to be bid out for July and October, possibly Suburban Lawn and Garden
2. Flowers coming in this month
WEBSITE/SOCIAL MEDIA
1. Need pictures and content before launch of social media
2. Amendment 3 to be scanned and uploaded to website
ARCHITECTURE
1. No permit for lot on 49th Terr
2. New request for driveway and pergola – pergola to be approved, need more info on driveway
3. Waiting for final bid on electrical panels, tuck point and monument work
POOL
1. Parking lot resurface in mid April, waiting for weather to be more conducive for seal coating
2. New pool furniture invoice has been paid
3. Selling old table and chairs - $50 for a table and 4 chairs (April)
4. Water turn on Monday , April 11th
OLD BUSINESS
1. Neighborhood Watch sign has been taken down
2. Submitted paperwork to Post Office for mailboxes
3. Waste management issues are homeowners responsibility, relay in newsletter
4. Matt is shopping vendors for neighborhood events
NEW BUSINESS
1. Review previous newsletter, needs to go to print early May and go out mid May
2. Neighborhood garage sale dates set , May 12-14th
3. Contact lawyer in Fall to see about combining amendments
