A special board meeting was called by president, Kristin Mudgett. A request for a special variance regarding leasing a property prior to occupancy. The request comes from the parties that recently purchased the property on 49th Terrace. All active board members present.
The variance was discussed, the amendment was reviewed(see addendum), and the lawyer was consulted.
All board members unanimously voted no to grant variance to the property on 49th Terrace.
