Update as of 4.29.24 - due to weather the City has pushed this work back until late May/early June. HOA will update more once we have further information.
Mandated by the city of Shawnee, we have to remove all debris in the cement basin in the common area behind homes on 50th Street. These homeowners have been notified directly due to they are the most impacted.
Work is scheduled to begin April 29th, weather permitting. The work should last a week to 10 days.
This requires two dumpsters to be staged at 50th Street and the use of heavy equipment. Please know this will be messy and congested - plan accordingly.
