SADDLEBROOKE HOMES ASSOCIATION BOARD MEETING

Board Members Present: Kristin Mudgett, Jake Nechrebecki, Matt Ferris, Erin Cecil, Bailey Potts

Call to Order: Kristin Mudgett

Minutes read and approved as read from April 2022 meeting. 1st Erin, 2nd Jake, all approved.

TREASURY

1. HOA dues, 1 not yet received

a. Resident received 2 letters, next letter will be certified mail

2. Treasury report 1st Bailey , 2nd Erin, all approved.

LANDSCAPE

1. Matt to reach out to code enforcement about yard at rental property on 50th street

a. Complaint to city to be made, and certified letter to leasing agency

2. Bradford Pears – invasive species, needs to be removed from new lot rules, some existing may need to be removed eventually

3. Weekend mowing schedule adjusted to week days

4. Pool lantern in , can flower around

WEBSITE/SOCIAL MEDIA

1. Photographer shooting May - June

2. Launch date possible end of June

ARCHITECTURE

1. Enclaves empty lot to have POD soon

2. Approved driveway and pergola

3. New construction at 49th at standstill

4. $1850 for tuck point – 1st Matt, 2nd Erin , all approved.

5. Power to main entrance will be cut for electrical work

POOL

1. Parking lot resurface in May , waiting for weather to be more conducive for seal coating

2. Electrical will be wrapped up Saturday

OLD BUSINESS

1. Social calendar coming , 7/1 , 7/22, 8/12 tentative dates

2. Garage sale confirmed
