Service Description

REQUEST MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF PARTY. Party is limited to 3 hours unless other agreement is made. Party is limited to 15 guests unless other agreement is made. You are not reserving the pool for your party. You are reserving the cabana area and tables in the designated area. The pool will be open to all Saddlebrooke residents during your party. Service is free if HOA dues are paid in full. You are responsible for your guests. They must follow Pool Rules as posted at the pool. You, the Saddlebrooke homeowner, will be responsible for payment of repair for any and all damage that occur in the facilities caused by you or your guests. No water balloons are allowed in the pool area or facility. These can damage the filtration system The pool gate must be closed at all times. You may not prop the gate open. Please greet your guests so the residents enjoying the pool are not inconvenienced by opening the gate for your guests. Please be respectful of the homeowners around the pool. Keep an eye on music levels, noise, and parking on the street. Swimming is at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in and around the pool facility. No glass is permitted at the pool. This is a Johnson County regulation and will require the pool to be drained if broken glass is found on the premises
